Resolute Forest Products is one of the few fully integrated tissue manufacturers in North America. We produce a wide range of products, including bath tissue, paper towels, facial tissue and napkins. Our facilities give us a well-established presence in retail and away-from-home tissue product manufacturing and are ideally situated to serve Eastern U.S. customers.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Calhoun (Tennessee) has a production capacity of 66,000 short tons (60,000 metric tons) per year of premium, private-label tissue, including bath and towel, aimed at the growing retail market.
Our Hialeah and Sanford facilities, located in Florida, have a combined annual production capacity of 62,000 short tons (56,000 metric tons) and offer both virgin and recycled products in a wide range of grades: economy, value and premium.
Additionally, we operate a tissue converting facility in Hagerstown (Maryland), where parent rolls that are supplied from our Calhoun and Sanford mills, as well as from the open market, are converted into bath tissue, paper towels, napkins and facial tissue. The facility has an annual converting capacity of 21,900 short tons.
